**Traditional Chinese Rojak**

For years our family had been selling rojak on and off. It was passed down from my grandfather when i was young and i had been to my aunt stalls selling rojak and also my parents one.

Since i was a small little girl, i stood by my parents side watching them slice the fruits and cutting the you tiao. I find it interesting and fun. Eventually i picked up some skills .

Finally i and my dear decided to start off the business with my mother helps. We took up a stall and start our old business again. She will be minding the stalls for us and we will help out either after work or during weekends.

A tiring week, after 5 days of office work we dive into another sea to help out in the business.

Had anyone been to Toa Payoh Botak Jones? Our rojak stall is located at the same canteen as Botak Jones. It was at serangoon north just next to the SPH building, named 2nd Street Cafeteria.

After a few weeks of preparation, 29th March we finally start our business. What a tiring and messy day. Feet was tired and hands was aching.
