Finally.. after balloting for 3 times. We had finally got a nice and wonderful queue number. Ballot for Punggol Breeze 5 rooms flat. Among hundreds of application we lucky got the queue number 10. A wonderful number! Waited for a months after submitting our application, we finally received the confirmation selection date 29th October 2008. As the day come, we proceed to HDB Hub sales office to select our ideal flat. There was only 4 blocks with 5 rooms. As we queued the 10th, we managed to get the we wanted. Selected Blk 617B #14-805... My future hourse!! It cost $365k plus. Flooring finishes and bedroom decorative doors. However the flat completion date is estimated to be 2012. There is still a long way. However hope that it will be completed in 2010 year end. |
