Taipei

Finally.. I went Taipei with Dear on March 9th 2010. This was a holiday as well as a planned wedding shoot.

Signed a bridal shoot package last year at Bishan Junction 8. It was a taiwan based bridal company.

This is the first time to taiwan for Dear and 2nd time visit to taiwan for me. But somehow it seems also first time to taiwan to me, as the first visit was with tour.

Planned a very long trip this time round. Fully utilised my block leave. We was there for 12 days. 11 days at taipei and the last night was at the Hot Spring Resort thrown as an freebies by the bridal shop.
For the 11 days, we stayed in CityInn which was located at Taipei Main Station. It was really a cosy and clean hotel. Although it was small, it was a nice place which cost less than SGD80 per night.

Upon reaching taipei at 7pm, we took an hour bus to taipei main station and walk to our hotel. Checked in the hotel and went to shilin night market for our dinner.

On the 3rd day, we went to our bridal shop to select the gown, suit and discuss about the place to take our photoshoot.

Chosen 6 gowns - 2 white gowns, 1 purple night gown, 1 yellow night gown, 1 red gown for indoor photoshoot and 1 black night gown.

After selecting my gown and dear's suit. We had a meetup with the photographer to discuss about the place we would wish to take the photo.

Chosen a farm, Yang Ming Shan(sakura), Lakeside, Waterfall and Fisherman's Wharf.

On the 4th day of the trip, we reached the bridal shop at 8pm to prepare for the photoshoot. Started with indoor photoshoot and proceeded to the whole day outdoor photoshoot. It was really a lucky day, the weather was fantastic. Sunny yet cooling.

Ended the day photoshoot at around 10pm. The next day, we sheduled to chose the photos at 5pm.

But to my discovery on the day we collect our photocards and big frame. We had chosen 4 design with same gowns. Sian...

But overall, we like the photos. A really different ways of photoshoot and scenery.

During the trip, we went almost all the area in taipei. The food was nice and cheap only thing bad was too much MSG. However i did not shop much as compare to bangkok and hong kong as the clothing, bags and shoes is not really that cheap.

But we eat a lot... Below is some of the nice items..

A wonderful trip.. how i wish i can lead the 12 days of life forever...
