Offsite 2010 ~ Batam

Finally after months of planning and sourcing. We headed for Batam on 1st October. The actual date for the event is 2nd October. However as a EEC member/community member/organiser, together with Shanice & Ann, the 3 of us headed to the venue 1 day earlier.

Venue: Golden View Hotel Batam

Date: 2nd & 3rd October 2010

Objective: Teambuilding

No. of Attendee + Guests: 136 people (122 staffs + 14 guests)

After brainstorming and planning for weeksss... We finally made our way there and ended the event in success althought there is some mess in between.

As usual the event did not go as smoothly as we planned. But everything ended with laugther and fun.

Not only the teambuilding did not go as smoothly as planned, even the days event/itinery with the agency in charge was not being communicated as arranged.

However we managed to make thing work out accordingly and with the minimum troubles...

As for the teambuilding, we managed to planned the games and dance and farewell for Nanan.

For the energizer , we had drawn out a exercise dance named "The Left Right Song"

(in 4 different language - English, Mandarin, Malay & Tamil)

As for the games, we had 3 drawn out:

1) Wacko

2) The Caterpillars

3) The Best Dressed Mummy

As for Nanan's farewell:

We had prepared a banner/scroller with our photos designed specially for him

Next we prepared Honeycorn Cake

Last but not least, we also planned a lucky draw for him (or rather a series of dance and fun)

As the event ends, we close the day with a Friendship Dance in 3 different lyrics.

1) As we walk.......

2) As we cha cha......

3) As we mahjong......

So the biggest event for the year has finally ended... Next is Xmas.. Few months to rest before we start our planning again....
